Barely a moment for self-care but for Gaia's Cavern Signature Footbath mama makes time! Always on my feet either walking to work or running around on the playground just sitting is a joy so I was ready for a relaxing experience. As soon as the concoction of Butterfly pea tea, Ylang Ylang, lavender, and neroli essential oils was poured I was already at ease. The scents overwhelm and whatever stresses I was holding onto from the day melted away.
